He mentioned that given the many responsibilities in his hands, every day is different from the previous one. It is for this reason that he has had to be very adaptive for him to be successful in the sector. Dan Bethelmy-Rada stated that he has a reliable team that he leads and helps him accomplish his tasks. To maximize his productivity despite the many responsibilities that he had, he needed a good team to meet his goals. This L’Oreal executive went on to point out that he is majorly involved in beauty products development. Bring the beauty products ideas to life can be petty challenging but he has always managed to pull through because of his team.
According to Dan Bethelmy-Rada, his ability to conquer the future is also one of the most significant contributors to his success. He mentioned that as a beauty product developer, he needs to predict accurately what the future of the beauty industry would look like. With this in mind, he has to come up with products that can conquer the future. This L’Oreal executive gave the example of the company’s latest range of products, R.A.W. as one of the perfect demonstrations of this phenomenon. He stated that the future of the beauty industry is going to be made up of natural, authentic and environmentally friendly products as that is what the market is currently demanding.
